Relays

The "mixed" relays were the most fun as family teamed up together to compete.  There were a couple of four-person family relays (Witters and Noltes).  That was very cool.  Others were "adopted" to complete relays.  It went much smoother than expected.

The highlight of the meet for me was Coach Dana's 100-yard butterfly.  It's been a goal of hers all season.  I was thinking she might get out after a 75, but she hung in there to complete the race and set a TOP DOGS record!

We are really getting close to being able to move forward on the scoreboard.  The total installation price tag is about $12,000.  The Family Classic earned $1,500, so thanks so much for everyone's contribution.

Special thanks to those who contributed an amount over the entry fee!

Thanks also to the GW Boy's and Girl's swim teams for helping out.  We would not have been able to pull it off without their help.
