Wouldn't it be nice to finish a race and immediately know your time and place?  This could be a reality soon at GW!

We have assembled many of the components of an electronic timing system:  the touch pads, the gutter brackets, the wiring harness, the starter, the computer, a printer, and the software (about $15,000 worth of gear!).

The only thing left to install is a scoreboard on the west wall, facing the bleachers.  A six-lane display (similar to the above picture) is approximately $6,800.

An anonymous fan has pledged to match our contributions (up to 50% of the cost) toward its purchase!  We must take advantage of this generous offer immediately!

Between the Swim Dogs families, the GW Girls & Boys teams, I know we can pull this off by the end of this season!  We raised $500 at the GW Girl's season-ending banquet.
