Coaches Mark and Dana recently visited Las Vegas to participate in the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) annual convention. In addition to meeting several renowned coaches (including Bob Bowman who is Michael Phelps's coach) and swimmers (Josh Davis and Pablo Morales), Mark and Dana won the "Doc Councilman's Creative Coaches Contest." 
Their special workout, the Beizinger, was selected out of 100 entries for this prestigious award. The entire trip was enlightening and very successful. Mark and Dana learned a ton and hope to bring that information back to Swim Dogs! |
