:: Welcome to the 2008 Swim Dogs WATER TEMPERATURE UPDATE: 80°
(9:45AM, October 10th) TONIGHT: WE'RE BACK HOME AT TJ!!! Everything seems to be working at the TJ pool, and the water temperature is right around 80-degrees, so we'll be swimming tonight (Friday) in our home pool at Thomas Jefferson HS. The GW pool was pretty nice, but it's good to be home. The last two nights' practices worked out great, and we had a good turnout! Thanks for your patience. And thanks to the folks at DPS and GW for working with us!

Swimming improvement through technique first and conditioning second. 3. Encouraging parents and their children to practice and compete together. 4. Enjoying life through swimming! Don’t just drop your children off for an hour of exercise. COME JOIN THEM IN THE POOL! For more information, download the Swim Dog Overview.
